At A C PAT Testing Services We don't just label your appliances, we really test them vigorously and confirm they are safe to use. We only do PAT testing and total customer satisfaction is our aim.
All our engineers will arrive on time in full company uniform. We don't use sub contractors and we hold two million pounds worth of public liability insurance.
Each appliance we test will undergo a full visual inspection of its casing and power cords. The plug will be fully inspected internally as well as externally if not moulded. Fuse's will be checked for the correct rating and exchanged free of charge if they are not suitable for the appliance.
We also carry out other free minor repairs, such as repairing a faulty flex lead at the plug.
A full test will be carried out on each of your appliances as well as a full asset list created using the latest test equipment from 'Seaward'. Which is fully calibrated every year.
We will tag each appliance with a Pass/Fail label as appropriate, creating a database of all your electrical appliances fully itemised and 'Barcode' serial numbered.
After the testing stage we prepare a detailed report and certificate pack for your records.
This includes engineer details, appliance tester details, itemised appliance register with retest schedule and certificate of compliance. All of which is also available via email on request.
We can conduct our testing at a time that suits you so as to minimise any disruption to your day.
Out of hours and weekends are available at no extra charge.
